Whether you want to shed a few pounds or develop more endurance when you’re playing your favorite sport, Orangetheory's fitness center in Webster, Texas, is the place to come. If you want to get in a high-intensity workout that gets fast results, we’re located at the intersection of Galveston Road and Bay Area Boulevard just a few blocks northeast of Interstate 45.

Each class consists of a 60-minute workout that uses all kinds of exercise machines to get your heart rate up, build stamina and increase endurance. You’ll rotate between workout stations, and before class begins, you’ll be fitted with a monitor to track your heart rate. This will help you reach the Orange Zone where the Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption phenomenon begins to kick into effect. When you stay there for between 12 and 20 minutes, you can lose between 500 and 1,000 calories per class. You'll even continue burning calories up to 36 hours after the class ends.

Our knowledgeable gym trainers know how to help you get the most out of your Orangetheory workout whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you’ve been sitting on the benches for a couple of seasons. They can also modify your workout for you if you happen to have any physical limitations. Feel free to ask them anything!

Orangetheory's doors are open to anyone who is serious about getting fit. Whether you're a professional or a newcomer looking to drop a few pounds, Orangetheory is here for you. We believe in an inclusive, inviting atmosphere so everyone can work out in full confidence.

You’ll never be asked to sign a gym contract at Orangetheory Fitness, and your first class in Webster is on us. Contact us today at (832) 598-7199, or sign up online. Be sure to also look into our promotions and fitness challenges, including our popular Bridal Challenge.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
