Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with EIM Level 2 recognition. He also maintains his certification as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, specialty Group Exercise Instructor, and American Red Cross and American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor. A native of New Jersey, Tommy recently relocated to the Houston area from Richmond, Virginia where he owned/managed a local health and fitness company dedicated to improving functional fitness and overall wellness for individuals of all ages, abilities, and levels. In Richmond, he also taught college-level weight training and health courses, and served as a site internship coordinator for numerous college students moving into the field of Exercise Science. He has several years’ experience working with clients at all fitness levels, and specializes in a variety of areas such as functional training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and sports performance. Tommy has always been active in and out of the gym, spending many years as a soccer player and coach, and holding the NPC Novice Lightweight Bodybuilding title in 2004. Seeing his clients achieve their goals and reach heights they never thought were attainable inspires him in his own life. In his spare time, he enjoys weight training, sports, travel, and spending time with his wife and growing family.
Prior to starting Orangetheory Fitness in late 2016, Sarah spent several years as a group exercise instructor in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and now in Texas. She is certified in Schwinn indoor cycling, Hatha Yoga, and AFAA Group Exercise. She graduated from University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK with a B.S. In Kinesiology and Health Studies. She loves helping people find their inner 'beast mode' and feeds off their energy. Its not a job when you love what you do!!
Brenda is certified through AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Training, AFAA Group Exercise, Turbo Kick Box, PiYo, Stotts Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump, and Trigger Point Therapy. Brenda has been in the fitness industry since 1988. She is passionate about seeing the members reach their fitness goals. Brenda is Houston's Regional Coach.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
